Despite pressures to minimize infrastructure costs, Engineering job #1 is maximizing availability and performance. Today’s platform and software engineers need to proactively balance the sensitive nature of critical workloads with finding efficiencies and ensuring that costs are optimized.

The only way for engineers to tackle FinOps is to embed more awareness of capacity and cost into their processes. Join this session on August 18th to learn:

  1. The basics of capacity operations—science and supporting processes that deliver the necessary infrastructure to meet application requirements at minimal cost
  2. How you can tune DevOps practices to drive more efficient use of infrastructure resources without disrupting dev and delivery lifecycles
  3. Actionable next steps toward better capacity and cost management through FinOps Foundation training and trialing the Densify optimizer
