Densify is actively seeking a Technical Account Manager who will be responsible for building and maintaining post sales relationships with Densify’s customers. You will serve as a technical advisor, ensuring successful Densify software adoption, and both license and use case expansion. You will support one or more Densify Account Managers who will own executive relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advice and guidance as the Densify subject matter expert to ensure successful ongoing usage and adoption of Densify capabilities
  • Design and develop innovative solutions to customer requirements using Densify software
  • Working with the Account Managers, undertake discovery and education activities to identify opportunities for Densify usage across organizational functions and processes
  • Advisor to clients and Densify teams to integrate Densify software with key 3rd party tools and client processes
  • Function as a frontline technical resource for “best practice” and informal customer questions
  • Engage with customer support as a customer advocate to ensure speedy resolution of customer issues
  • Engage with product management as the customer advocate on product roadmap discussions
  • Maintain current functional and technical knowledge of Densify
  • Help to document best practices in developing and using Densify

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a related function is required. Direct customer engagement experience with a hardware, software or service provider in pre or post-sales capacity is required
  • Successfully managed customer engagements to completion and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, combined with the ability to provide quick resolutions to problems
  • Exceptional verbal and written organizational, presentation, and communication skills
  • Must be customer service oriented and believe in teamwork, collaboration, adaptability and initiative
  • Demonstrable success in thinking strategically, executing tactically while providing consistent and high levels of customer satisfaction and retention in a fast paced environment
  • Competitive and competitively aware. Proficient at explaining strengths and vulnerabilities
  • Willingness to travel periodically based on customer and business need (approximately 25%)
  • B.S. degree in an engineering and / or technical discipline from an accredited college / university required: Computer Science, Computer / Electrical Engineering, Industrial and Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
  • Hands-on experience with any combination of the following technologies; VMware, Containers, AWS, Azure, GCP, Openshift, Terraform, Chef, Puppet, Ansible, CloudFoundry, Splunk, Prometheus, ServiceNow
