We are currently seeking a Manager, Financial Planning, Reporting & Analysis to join our Finance & Administration team. Reporting to the CFO, this role will join a collaborative team of professionals, working closely together in the execution of Densify’s Financial Planning, Management Reporting and Analysis requirements.This position will be responsible for building and updating financial models, coordinating business planning and forecasting and, as well, monitoring, measuring and reporting on key financial and business performance metrics. This role is a critical bridge between finance and the business. The successful candidate must be able to identify improvements in reporting, analytics, and forecasting processes.

General Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for all financial analysis and related reporting – both overall and at an individual business unit level. Based on historical and current information, predict future trends and recommend appropriate course of action
  • Work with the Business as a valued Finance partner
  • Develop a deep understanding of Densify’s Sales transactions
  • Manage and regularly update Densify’s 3 year financial model
  • Develop, update, monitor and report on relevant SaaS metrics including ACV (annual contract value).
  • Prepare reports for board and management
  • Coordinate, with the business budget & forecasting process
  • Proactively identify process inefficiencies and streamline or automate them
  • Generate various analytical reports, as requested
  • Other Finance projects as needed


  • 4+ years’ experience in accounting and reporting analysis
  • Software company experience and has experience with SaaS and commonly used SaaS metrics (ideal but not a requirement)
  • Completion or nearing completion of an accounting designation
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • Power user of Excel and PowerPoint and how to link & run data through Excel for automated reports
  • Comfortable working with and making recommendations to all levels of management
