We are seeking an individual with a strong track record of managing alliance relationships with services integrators and VARs. This individual will manage relationships with a variety of large and regional providers of IT services, consulting and resale of Densify solutions. This role will focus on relationship building, enablement and interface between partner sales and Densify Sales. The successful candidate will have extensive experience working for a mid to large ISV in driving channel and partner sales. Ideally this experience will have been in the following or related areas: data center management, virtualization, IT infrastructure optimization and cloud / hybrid cloud technologies. Excellent communication skills, confident personal style, track record and experience working with or within sales organizations are key.
Reporting to the VP of Business Development, this individual will be part of a Business Development team that is focused on both finding the right partners and driving business through them.
Primary focus of this role is driving sales productivity of partners once they have join the Densify partner program. With a focus on pipeline building and driving transactions, this role will also include working with the rest of the BD team and broader organization to ensure partners have the required training, materials and education to be successful.
While the partner program is new, this individual will begin to set business plans with partners to keep Densify top of mind and to determine which partners warrant the most attention.
The role will cover partners in the specified region, working with the rest of the BD team and the extended sales and pre-sales teams.
